Drama story:
Hum TV has released the teaser for their upcoming Drama Serial Badnaseeb. An emotional tear jerker, the story is a social message as much as a it is an entertainment. The message behind the story is strong enough to make the audience wait and watch.
The drama serial Badnaseeb will focus on how young girls are almost hated by their families because they are born as women. Living in a family where boys are valued over girls, the drama will show what it looks like for a girl to be ridiculed, taunted and expected to suffer in silence just because she is a girl.
The mother of three dies and leaves two daughters and a son to be raised by their father and grandma. The father values and loves his son and hates daughters, which leads to his daughter asking if she is not worthy of her father’s love because she is a girl.
The drama is written by Jahanzeb Qamar who has previously written hit drama serials such as Tum Se Kehna Ta, Kasa-e-Dil, Uraan, Dil-e-Momin, Maa Sadqey,Mera Rab Waris, Tu Jo Nahi,Hari Hari Choriyan,Sartaj Mera Tu Raj Mera,Malaika and Mein Hari Piya.
